Starting at Prep at NCC is an exciting time for both our youngest students and their parents!
We hope you all love NCC as much as we do!

If you have more than one child starting at NCC, we recommend you check the relevant information located in the other sub-school sections.

  • Prep Orientation Day

    New students to Prep/Junior School in 2025 are invited to join the current students in an Orientation Morning. Teachers will orientate students with new routines and expectations while building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging and excitement amongst the new class. The details are below.

    WEDNESDAY 27 November 2024
    9.15am – 10.40am
    • Meet at the Prep classrooms between 8.50am and 9.10am
    • Finishes at 10.40am
    • Child to bring a named water bottle and small morning tea in a named lunchbox
    • Parent morning tea provided with an information session while the child is at the orientation morning

    If you miss our Prep Orientation morning, you will have the opportunity to pop in on Thursday 23 January 2025 between 1-3pm to meet your Prep teacher.

  • Family Admin Day – Thursday 16 January 2025

    If you are a Junior School parent and your child has attended the orientation morning, you do not need to attend. If you didn’t attend the orientation morning, we invite you to attend and meet your teacher and visit your classroom between 1.00 – 3.00pm.

  • Student Onboarding Morning – for students commencing Term 2, 3 or 4

    This day will always be on the Thursday morning of the school holidays before the school term commences. Open from 8.00am – 12.00pm, we will onboard new students with:

    • Uniforms
    • Meet with the registrar department to answer any questions that they may have, and go through things again, such as the NCC app (all year levels)

    Therefore on your first day, Junior School students will go directly to the Junior School Reception, where you will be directed to your classroom and teacher.
