Sub School Orientation

Things you need to know for children in certain year levels.

Being organised will set you and your child up for success.

Depending on which area of the College your child is starting in, we have some specific information that will help you – and them – be prepared for a great start to the school year! If you have more than one child starting at NCC we recommend you check the relevant information pertaining to each child below.

  • Orientation Program

    Our orientation program for each sub school area will look slightly different. Students will be inducted into the following:

    • Meeting staff and classmates
    • Where to put bags (location of lockers for Middle & Senior students)
    • Tour of facilities/play areas etc
    • Visiting the Library
    • Getting used to bell times and routines
    • Lunch and Café – where to sit
    • Specialist lessons
    • Where to go before school starts and after school
